The Law Offices of Martha J. Simon represent

Martha J. Simon, the principal of the Firm,
has more then 25 years of bankruptcy and commercial litigation
experience.
Our concentration in bankruptcy and commercial law allows our clients
to pursue options, negotiate positions and obtain desired results
in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
In counseling clients dealing with financial issues and crises,
we focus on understanding the operating dynamics of a clients
business. This enables us to act quickly in advocating solutions
that are matched to each clients needs. We provide practical
recommendations that work. By emphasizing straight forward advice
and a proactive approach, fees are minimized and results are enhanced.
About Martha J. Simon
Martha J. Simon has been practicing
law since 1981. She holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University
School of Law (1981), and a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American
Area Studies from American University School of International
Studies (1972).
Ms. Simon previously practiced with the firms of Simon & Kane
and Frandzel & Share.
Ms. Simon serves as a resolution advocate for the Northern District
of California Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Program (BDRP) and
provides
her legal services to the San Francisco AIDS Legal Referral Panel.
In addition, she is a member of various professional organizations,
including National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys
(NACBA), California Women Lawyers, Queen's Bench, and San Francisco
Bar Association, Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section.
We are a debt-relief agency, as defined under the Bankruptcy
Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. We assist
individuals and businesses in filing for bankruptcy.
